We Bought It
Well we made the big plunge and committed to our first home. It is a bit scary when you are actually signing the papers. Thank goodness our agent met us there and even helped watch the kiddos while we signed. We are so happy we bought this house and are busy but enjoying every minute!

Busy Summer
Well I have been so busy I haven't had much of a chance to blog. We are all moved into our awesome house. Chenoa had a great swim season and now things are becomeing a bit quiet before Chenoa starts 2nd grade in a couple of days. I have missed some important events. Because of this it may take me a while to catch up.
Before we moved into our house. We took the girls on a trip to the beach. We had such a wonderful time. I can't wait to go again!

Summer at the Gym
Well the thought of moving towns is a little hard to comprehend. Since the move is at least a month away. I was thinking changing gym's may be an easy transition if we start in the early summer. But with swim team season starting now. I have been in a toss up. I would love to start Chenoa in a team in our new town. Maybe she could meet some new friends in the area. However, after going through the options and waiting for the last possible minute to make a final decision. We decided to wait until the end of the summer to switch teams and gyms. Through the move and all the paper work it may be easier to do the extra 10 minute drive to the gym after we are moved in. It's better to get settled in and then make another move.
Our summer will be full of many exciting adventures. Chenoa will be swimming five days a week. I have my classes planned out. Marc has his routine. And Kylee heads to the gym about 4 days a week. They teach her songs, the ABC’s, Sports, and she comes home with projects like these.

The girls and I are so happy when we head home from the gym. I am sure the extra couple of months won't hurt anything:)

Potty on the Potty
Kylee and I as usual headed over to the bathroom so she could sit on her potty. We brought books so maybe she would sit for a while. I promised her I would read her Clifford books to her today so we started with those. After we finished the Clifford books Kylee wanted more. She ran to her room to get her Dora books. When she sat down she opened her book. Before we could start reading she looked at me and said "uh oh." Then she looked down to see herself going potty. Kylee looked concerned like this might be bad. Then I screamed with joy, I gave her a high five followed by a hug and a cupcake. I am pretty sure she understands now that I want her to go potty on the potty. We are potty training from here on out.

Been Busy
Well I have not been blogging at all lately. But, I have a really great excuse. March is always a super busy time in our family. Chenoa has her birthday, Marc and I have our anniversary. April continues the busy season with Easter and my mother's birthday. So we have something going on almost every weekend. Marc and I recently decided to take advantage of low housing prices and current tax breaks for first time home buyers. We have been incredibly busy and a bit overwhelmed finding the perfect house for us. Well we found "the one." Our offer was accepted now if the inspection and bargaining goes well we will be in by the end of June. I can't wait!

In the front we have a beautiful tree.

The back yard also has gorgeous birch trees. It is calming to be in these yards... lovely.
