Finally, Kylee is feeling better. No more ear infection. She had ear fluid but the doctor gave her decongestant. Now Kylee is having a language explosion. She is saying everything and anything and she smiles all the time. It was so adorable whe she said, "I Love You" to Daddy for the first time!

Kylee and the never ending saga of the Paci!
Well after 2 days of Kylee not being able to sleep. I finally gave in and brought the pacifier back out. Now that Kylee is better we have very strict rules about only having the pacifier at nap or nightime. Besides who could deny these important necessaties for sleep: Airplane blanket, Pacifier, Lilly Mae, (the frog/blanky) and Hot Dog (the teddy bear).

Trick or Treat
Halloween in Portland worked out so well. We picked up my nephew Jayden for some trick or treating. He had already been out so he lucked out with double the trick or treating fun:) Chenoa and Jayden are like two peas in a pod. They play for hours and hours at a time. They enjoyed running around and munching on candy. My mom and I stayed on the side walk with the cameras ready to go. While my dad brought Kylee and the other kiddos up to the houses. I hung on to Keiko, my parents full standard sized poodle. It was fun to see some of the gorgeous houses. Kylee was a trooper she had fun the whole time. Even though we stayed out until 9pm. Kylee really got into the going up to peoples houses, saying hi, and getting candy. Trick or Treating is definitely for her. Her favorite thing to do when we go out is walk up to people and say hi!

Halloween, The Parade
Today was Chenoa's parade for Halloween. After dropping Chenoa off, Kylee hopped in the stroller to watch.

Marc, Kylee and I waited to see Chenoa. Kylee had to make a call. Busy baby, I know ;)

Yah, we see our cute Kitty walking by!

They past by so fast:) Good thing we have more picture time in front of the class.

We love our little Kitty and our Princess too!

Kylee and I hung out all morning
Kylee and I hung out all morning. I got myself and the girls ready and out the door on time. We dropped Chenoa off this morning. I wished her good luck on her spelling test. She became upset; she had forgotten to look over her flashcards this morning. I gave her a hug told her she would be okay she studied all week and took a practice test the night before. I admire her dedication in school work. I hope she is not too hard on herself when she is older. Although I definitely hope she keeps up the good work. Kylee and I headed over to Gymboree. I am finally able to fit in classes now that Chenoa is in school. Kylee and I stopped at the donut store since we were early. Kylee tried her first donut and immediately spit it out. I am okay with this since donuts are not the best habit for a baby to pick up. Kylee mostly enjoyed Gymboree. I am going to try her in the older class next week. The activities were very easy for Kylee and she was bored of them after a couple of tries. There were a couple of other kids her age but they were still working on walking and Kylee was literally running across the room. So I think an older class will be more fun for Kylee. After gym Kylee and I headed over to Best Buy to look at cameras. Kylee seemed pretty hungry so we made a detour to the Starbuck and had fruit and cheese. I of course had some much wanted caffeine. As we hung out at Starbucks I smiled. It was so nice to just hang out. We ran over to Best Buy I picked a Canon Power Shot camera. I changed my camera choice at the last minute so I hope it works out. I've needed a camera for months now. The guilt of not taking pictures has finally over taken the guilt that I will have for spending the dough. I also really need a printer. That's next on my list. Kylee is sleeping already she was tired. Now all I have to do is clean the house. It has been pretty neglected this week. Chenoa's swim buddy Tara is coming over for a play date today after school. Somewhere in this equation I need to put in a couple hours studying for my Anatomy test. I guess I am going to skip working out today. There is no way I am fitting that in!

Kylee Said Thank You; Chenoa Read To Me
When it rains it pours. It seems as if I am expected to cram every possible school and work activity all in to one week. What's up with that? My arm is hurting from work today. Not sure why it wasn't especially difficult. I must have done something strange less leaning more muscle for example. Well not the best timing considering I have a ridiculous amount of flash cards to write. I wish I could buy these printed out by the book publisher. My life would be easier.
Kylee said Thank You this morning after I gave her, her tooth brush. I was very excited. She has been communicating so well. Chenoa had a wonderful time at the gym today. They kept her well entertained. So nice to see! This evening I picked up pizza's to bake at home. They were a big hit. Marc even had a second dinner a finished them off. While I was cleaning I asked Kylee to put a bowl away in her drawer. She has her own drawer for her bottles and dishes. She loves playing with them. So I asked Kylee to put her bowl in her drawer. She left her room where we were. I peaked at the kitchen and watched her open the drawer put the bowl in then close the dwarer and turn to walk back. I could not contain myself so I high fived her, kissed her, and clapped. To keep this wonderful habit going I tried it again with success! After I put Kylee to bed Chenoa read to me. These kids seem so amazing to me!

Crazy Lady
Chenoa and Kylee played today. They played in there room. I heard laughter from them both. They love to spin together and play with stuff animals. I so enjoy watching and hearing them play. It is nice to finally see them be able to truly enjoy each other. I find Chenoa secretly pretending Kylee is her baby. She will hold her and sing her songs. It's so sweet!
So I don't pay much attention to the crazy lady who lives downstairs. When she bangs on the ceiling (our floor) madly. I tell the girls not to worry about it. When she comes ringing our bell to ask if she has offended us. Because the noise we are making must be about her. I have Marc take care of it. When she comes back ringing our bell to apologize with tears in her eyes. I don't get wrapped up in it. Because after all she is the "crazy lady" from downstairs. Her noise is in the middle of the afternoon on Sundays. I've got the upstairs neighbors who like to let their kids stay up till all hours of the night and clean from 11pm-1am every night. I am the lucky one though because I don't get so wrapped up in it that I make myself crazy!

Our Saturday is More Like Your Friday
I woke up this morning tired. I could barely hold my eyes open as I fed Kylee yogurt. Why was I so tired. Well Marc and I discovered the free movie channels available this weekend. We started w/ 300... can you tell Marc had the remote. I didn't mind I was using my laptop and watching the awesome bods. Then we moved to Fantastic Four the end of it and Shoot Em Up the end. I like that movie. I had to laugh after a while. It's so violent and it's so goofy at the same time. Am I wierd? Anyhow was this really a good reason to be exhauseted in the morning? Probably not.
I decided the girls could handle six hours at the gym so I could work out before work. I headed to the gym to get in a mini workout. I rushed to work. Worked my butt off literaly. Not that it was really bad. We have been slow lately. So a full schedule doing massage can be a lot of work. Not that I mind. I am just tired.
Chenoa was hungry Kylee was tired. I had promised myself I would stop at Bev Mo and take advantage of the 5 cent sale. I stopped there feeling apprehensive because Kylee was tired. Chenoa was being so helpful I thought we could make it. The trip took a little longer then I thought. (Not to ling though) I felt really silly walking out with a crying 14 month old. Luckily a man was there. He obviously had children because he was so helpful and helped play down all the children commotion.
I drove home and had to park in the red to unload the car. I ran out to the car to get the bags, lunch boxes and diaper bag. I closed the trunk with four bags in my arms. I hear yelling from our house. Chenoa is yelling for me. Kylee is bleeding out the mouth! I start running while saying to myself everything is okay it's a little cut she's scared. I run in looking for Kylee. I find her and I really do see blood. A lot of blood. I look in her mouth... blood. Luckily it's inside the mouth. I feel releived. The mouth always heels faster. Chenoa is freaking out and feeling guilty. She tells me Kylee fell on the stool she had left out. I tried to comfort Chenoa with words. I tried an ice pack to reduce swelling and bleeding on Kylee. She was not having it. Tried an otter pop surely she would calm down enough for this. Nope she cried for a long time. Finally when she started to calm down about 20 minutes later. Felt like forever! That is when she let me get a look. She had a cut from her inside top lip to her front top teeth. Ouch! It was swollen so much there was no gum space left. Poor girl. She cheered up before bed time. I am exhausted Kylee is and I bet Chenoa is also.
